Oneiric Systems, Inc.® hydraulic servo actuators are designed for long term service and the rigors of product testing. From the construction of the rod assembly to the seals used, the cylinders were designed to provide a long service life. The PTFE seals used in the actuators allow up to 5 m/s rod velocity. The actuators include an LVDT to provide actuator position information for product testing and closed loop feedback control. The interface manifold offers many options to provide for various servo or proportional valve port configurations and provide connection for close coupled accumulators. The actuator can be provided with or without the control valve installed. Also optional is a hydraulic cushion for applications where soft stops at the end of actuator travel are desirable. All actuators are designed with maintenance in mind so they can easily be disassembled and resealed in the field (by a qualified technician) with a minimum number of special tools.
