Real time test controller

Full featured Digital Servo Real Time Test Controller based on LabVIEW and LabVIEW RT.


  1. Up to 8 independent simultaneous control channels with 2 kHz control update rate (displacement, force, or combined feedback control)

  2. Separate Data Acquisition and servo control streams which mean that the DAQ loop runs independent of the servo control loop.

  3. System calibration mode simplifies the task of calibrating sensors and keeping records up to date.

  4. Configurable interlocks and safety controls

  5. Scriptable control sequence that provides the operator flexibility to configure tests and recall them to insure product testing consistency

  6. Each test step developed and saved by the operator

  7. Includes steps that request operator input before moving to the next step in a test sequence

  8. Global limits can be configured to stop or suspend testing if a global limit is exceeded (Note: system automatically stores data associated with a tripped global limit)

  9. Control of individual dedicated or central Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) for lab testing applications
