Our mission is to provide our customers the best in engineering tools and methods that quantify and qualify physical and intangible assets related to product development and production.

Naming the Company

After a diligent effort to find just the right company name, we arrived at Oneiric Systems, Inc.  Choosing the company name was a task not taken lightly.  We wanted a name that would reflect the attitude of the company, distinguish us as unique and recognizable (though not necessarily easy to pronounce).

Anything is possible.  Dream it, engineer it, build it.

Dictionary definition: Onei•ric – Greek origin ō-ˈnī-rik – of or relating to dreams.

Our Founder

Everett Hall

President

I am a nonlinear thinker with a diverse technical background in mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and software engineering. I started Oneiric Systems, Inc. in 1992 because I am passionate about streamlining processes and solving real-world engineering problems. Among other things, my company designs and develops testing equipment for various industries including automotive, industrial, and military equipment manufacturers.

Previously, as a project manager, I led teams on a variety of undertakings, ranging from product design and development to oversight of facilities. As a technical specialist for Chrysler, I oversaw several stand-out projects, including a unique hydraulic suspension system for off-road vehicles. Additionally, while working as a manager for ArvinMeritor, my team developed and implemented a complete TS16949 quality system for a new lab facility — including developing all procedures and compliance documentation.

I have the knowledge and experience to perform all management, engineering, and technical tasks; however, I have also partnered with individuals and companies when time constraints were a consideration. I excel in conditions where budgets are tight and speedy results are crucial. I am energized by the work I do.

I have excellent communication skills and an exceptional technical background in complete system product development. A recognized industry innovator, I have been awarded several patents that are currently in development for production. It is imperative to me that my clients understand they are my priority and my inspiration.
